WHAT IS CARIBBEAN ENERGY?

Caribbean Energy is a privately held, Cotulla-based independent energy company with operations throughout South Texas, including the Eagle Ford Shale and Gulf Coast Basins. The company operates approximately 150 oil and natural gas wells and maintains a diverse portfolio of producing assets, mineral and royalty interests, pipeline infrastructure, and water resources.

Caribbean Energy’s strategy is centered on the disciplined acquisition, development, and optimization of undervalued energy assets. The company actively evaluates opportunities to expand its operated production, mineral ownership, reserves, and infrastructure positions while improving the efficiency and long-term value of its existing assets.

With extensive experience in oil and gas production, construction, pipeline operations, water management, and field services, Caribbean Energy’s leadership team brings a practical, operations-driven approach to every investment.
